Where did the name come from?
The 1481 Roadhouse Grille is named after two famous highways- Highway 14 starts in Chicago at Soldier Field and ends in the Black Hills and Yellowstone Park. Highway 81 is best known as the "Pan-American Highway." This highway runs from Winnipeg, Canada all the way to Panama City, Panama. THE 1481 ROADHOUSE GRILLE: Big Food, Big Fun!
